MPI CAN reporting

S3 landing for two standalone loggers: CSS CANedge3 (MF4 + GNSS over LTE) and MPI CANSniffer (candump on the Pi). They are not one product; they meet here for reporting.

• Bucket: canedge (path-style)

Plots is the hosted MF4/GNSS viewer (HTTP basic = S3 keys). Desktop asammdf GUI is optional for ad-hoc analysis.

CCU pull — GET /api/v1 (HTTP basic = same S3 keys). ACEA5260 CH1 = GDU, CH2 = RCM (both connected). Health is public; list/download require auth. Bot contract: repo docs/ccu-bot-pull.md.
